SA Auto Paints is a supplier and advisor of automotive paints, house paints, waterproofing products, abrasives, tools, and related materials. We provide colour matching, bulk supply, delivery, and technical support. All product descriptions, images, and technical details are for informational purposes.

3. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance (email or official order form) from SA Auto Paints.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery

  • We offer delivery within Gauteng for qualified orders.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • The customer is responsible for verifying received goods upon delivery.

5. Colour Matching and Technical Advice

  • Colour matching is performed to the highest standard, but variations may occur due to surface, lighting, or digital display differences.
  • Technical advice and recommendations are provided in good faith but do not replace on-site testing. SA Auto Paints is not liable for application outcomes.

6. Returns and Claims

  • Returns of unopened, non-custom products may be accepted within 7 days, subject to approval.
  • Custom-mixed paints, specially ordered items, or opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

SA Auto Paints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products supplied. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of SA Auto Paints and may not be reproduced without permission.
